I woke up this morning with a question: Alex, what have you
done? Usually, this is a question the heroines in my stories ask themselves in
the morning after — well, those of you who read my stories know when. However,
in my case, it was something different. I had missed my deadline to publish a
book for the third time. And why? Because for the past few months, I have been
working on one story, then jumped on a second before finishing the second draft
of the first one, and then moved to a third story, leaving the third draft of
the second story unfinished. Complicated? Yes, I have complicated my life by
getting excited about one idea, then another, and another, and thus have
written three stories, which I like very much, but all of them require some
editing before I can publish. It seems that being too excited about what I do
is not always a good thing, and in the future, I will write one story at a
time!
The good news is that the latest book I have been writing is
almost ready. Its working title is ‘A hotwife in lockdown’. It is a
story about a wife who finds an unusual way to liven up her dull days while
stuck at home during the lockdown. I will have to publish the book by the end
of March as the sun is out, and being the optimist I am, it is time that we
move out of lockdowns and start thinking about the summer holidays. And with
the summer, the time comes for outdoor adventures and RVs, which means I have
to finish my RV story very soon too!
